A/N: Not Series 3 compliant. Written for Let's Write Sherlock Challenge 13-Vacation Getaway. Although the story may be read alone, the theme of the challenge prompted me to write another story in the Mystrade series which, more or less, began with an earlier holiday in We Are Sorry For Any Inconvenience.

Excerpt: Nine days of leisure stretched before Greg. He hadn’t a reservation or a plan for a single hour of it. He’d received a few winks and nudges when he’d said he hadn’t booked anything. A week in bed with a like-minded partner would have been an excellent way to spend the time, but he didn’t have that lined up either. He pushed a certain thought away as he slipped between the tourists and commuters and continued east along the Embankment.

Mycroft gestured towards the door as Greg stood and rounded the desk. He knew it was a dangerous move to accept, but Sherlock wasn’t the only one who loved a challenge.
