Oh, that was amazing! I love the idea that Moriarty's return may be aimed more at Mary than at Sherlock. And yay for John having already realised that Mary's baby isn't his. I wibbled when he said that he had only played along in order to make Sherlock feel better.

This feels like the start of a longer story - I'd love to see further chapters!
